Fast throughput with FEFO discipline
High-velocity SKUs need tight pick-face design, forward reserve and replenishment waves. We enforce FEFO/FIFO at bin level with lot/expiry capture so promotions and short shelf-life items move without write-offs. At the CFS, inbound promos and display units are cross-docked and pre-built for faster store deployment.

Segregation, chambers and spill containment
DG storage is non-negotiable on compliance. We operate segregated chambers with engineered ventilation, spill pallets/bunding and fire protection. SDS is maintained per SKU, with drills and incident response rehearsed.
Classes handled (subject to permit/site scope): 1 Explosives, 2 Gases, 3 Flammable Liquids, 4 Flammable Solids, 5 Oxidizers/Peroxides, 6 Toxic/Infectious, 7 Radioactive, 8 Corrosives, 9 Miscellaneous. Compatibility charts are enforced in WMS.

CKD kitting and JIT/JIS line feeds
We stage CKD kits, bulky body panels and high-value electronics with returnable packaging control. Kitting accuracy and ASN validation keep assembly lines fed without over-issue or starvation. CFS manages export crating and supplier consolidations to plant windows.

We run qualified cold rooms (2–8°C), CRT (15–25°C) and frozen zones with calibrated probes, 24/7 monitoring and documented alarm escalation. Lot/batch traceability, quarantine cages and recall simulations are standard practice. GDP/GMP documentation stays audit-ready.
